Event Temple has made our routines at First Hotels much easier by having proposals, agreements, confirmations and bookings in one system. Now, the customer gets faster help, better looking documents sent to them and it’s smoother to sign and reply. We can now focus more on what we love, taking care of our customers and giving them the service they deserve.
We spent a lot of time looking at various cloud-based systems to manage both our group sales and catering at Swift Hospitality. We were seeking for a software that could work well across a variety of properties from select service to full service properties. We are very happy that we discovered Event Temple!
